Eastover is a town located in Cumberland County, North Carolina, United States. It is a small town with a population of approximately 3,500 residents. The town is part of the Fayetteville Metropolitan Area and is situated near the Cape Fear River. Eastover was first settled in the early 1700s and was primarily a farming community until World War II, when it experienced a surge in growth due to the construction of the Fort Bragg military base.
